Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SlideScript, we want you to be fully satisfied with our service. If you experience any technical issues or the product does not work as described, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible, you must provide proof of purchase (e.g., transaction ID or receipt).
  • Refunds will only be granted if the service has not been extensively used or abused.

Non-refundable Cases

  • Refunds are not provided if more than 7 days have passed since purchase.
  • Refunds are not provided for “change of mind” or lack of usage.
  • Refunds are not provided if the account has violated our Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

  • Send an email to support@slidescript.app with your purchase details.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the billing cycle.

We aim to process approved refunds promptly, but please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your payment method, depending on your bank or provider.
