By accessing and using SlideScript (“Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

SlideScript is an AI-powered platform that generates speaker notes and presentation scripts for PowerPoint presentations. Our service analyzes your slides and creates contextually relevant speaking notes to enhance your presentation delivery.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one account

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our AI systems
• Use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Share account credentials with others

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of all content you upload to our service
• You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide our services
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all uploaded content
• We do not claim ownership of your presentations or generated speaker notes

5.2 Our Content

• SlideScript and all related technology are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or algorithms
• Generated speaker notes are provided for your use but cannot be resold as a service

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Subscription Plans

• Free Plan: 3 presentations per month
• Basic Plan: $9.99/month for 30 presentations per month
• Pro Plan: $19.99/month for unlimited presentations

6.2 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

7. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability.

8. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our service, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

SlideScript is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit consumer rights under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard under My Account > Subscription or by submitting a request via our Support Center.

• Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period
• Upon termination, account access will be downgraded to the Free Plan
• Generated files may remain available according to our Data Retention policy
• You may request permanent deletion of your account and personal data through Support

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SlideScript is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
